• Various design refinements have been applied across the system, including a new logo.

Credits

• New credit structure implemented:
  • Credit costs are now incurred for:
    • Live VRN lookups
    • Address lookups
    • SMS messages via third-party services

Customers

• Additional customer information can now be stored, including:
  • Title
  • Marketing preferences
  • Notes
• Customer export functionality added.
  • Includes pre-defined templates such as direct mailing lists.
• Customer address lookup is now available for standard and delivery addresses.
  • Currently UK-only.

Help & tips

• New Help & Tips section added, containing documentation about system functionality and features.

Job sheets and workflows

• Custom workflows are now supported, including the ability to add custom SMS messages triggered by job sheet status changes.
• Customers can now be marked as "checked in" on a job sheet to give staff a clear at-a-glance status.
• Optional SMS messages can be sent when re-scheduling a job sheet.
